Channel Problem on VS Extreme

Hi All,
Every time I load new BIN, I always used the factory bin "VIEWSAT_Xtreme FACTORY_V0279" (used in the last 3 month) in order to refresh my STB and then load new BIN. I can see all standard channels of charlie (including movie max), except all PPV are black screen (only got 80% on Signal Level, but 0% on Quality level). I current use the BIN "DBPSW-080617X".

Does anyone have any ideal? why I cannot see any PPV channel.

P.S.: On BEV is OK.
Here is my STB setup for charlie:
LNB Type: Standard (or Universal or OSD-DP)
LNB Freq: 11250
22Khz: OFF
DisEqC: 2
TP: 12355V20.000
Positioner Setting: Disable
Satellite Scan: ALL.

Almost all the PPV channels are on the 110 sat. Do you get any message on the screen such as " No Audio Video " / " Searching Signal "/ Autoroll Processing" ? If you have 119 and 110 try and connect your coax directly to the 110 LNB. See if it works now. Could be your diseq switch is bad. Let us know all your sats and what dishes/ LNbs you are using as well as the settings.

Change t/p freq to 12224 for 110 and 12239 for 119 , if you are using legacy lnbs use lnb type standard and is using dish pro lnbs use lnb type ocs-dp

I would also recommend against loading the factory file prior to each bin. There is no need to load a factory file unless you are having a problem. The reason we hardboot before and after loading the file is to "refresh" the STB. JMHO.

Sorry for lately reply ... I just came back from a long vacation.
All PPV of 110 are black with a message as "Autoroll Processing" and it roll 4ever ... but all other channel are OK (including Movies Max) ... I did remove the charlie Sat and redo the blind scan ... but I cannot see a single PPV (still Autoroll Processing !!!)

60" Dish with the setup for charlie 110 (******** 8&10) as:
LNB Type: OSD-DP
LNB Freq: 11250
22Khz: OFF
DisEqC: 2
TP Freq: 12224

i had that problem before and i tried everything until i changed my lnb type from ocs-dp to standard and redid a channel scan and i got all the channels back

I did setup the LNB type as Standard from beginning, it doesn't work then I tried the Universal & OSD-DP, but it doesn't help. I'll reload the old factury bin instead of v0279 & reload the new bin to see if it help to solve the problem. I'll let your guys know...

try to do a factory default then load factory bin newest fix and the check all your settings and rescan each sat with the coax directly into the stb see if that works if it does could be your switch.
