Re: Your Most Embarrasing Moment

I would have to go with this moment, although, I have had a few in my day, once I got old enough to start drinking, at the age of 13.

I went to school one day, way way back in grade 1. When I got to school I found out that it was gym day. Back then we use to get changed in the classroom. I had worn my long johns, underwear, if people remember those. Well I did not want to strip naked in class, so I hauled my shorts on right over top my johns. Then went to class, you can bet there was some laughing when they saw how pretty a site I was, shorts and long johns on.

Hahaha, got a few more, but probably not the best place to tell them on here.

Re: Your Most Embarrasing Moment

I don't neccesarily know if this was embarrassing or not as much as it was just a very humorous evening. Many years back when the love of my life and I were dating we were invited to halloween party. Halloween was always one of her favorite festivities. She had a friend who was working for a hollywood props house. This year she decided to procure some serious costumes for us. She was going to be a fairy princess and quite a lovely one at that. Me on the other hand was to be a knight in shining armor. This was a freakin real suit of armor. She thought it would be funny if we drove to the party in costume. It took me at least an hour to don this costume; it had to be done with help I could not get in or out of this thing by myself. With suit of armor on it came time to get into the car. We decided to take her car as it was a small convertible and we could put the top down. As I tried to get into the drivers seat with one leg swung up in the air gravity then took over. I fell backwards with a fairly loud clank. The only thing louder than the clank was her standing over me laughing. She being only 95lbs was unable to help me up plus she was laughing so hard she could'nt do anything else. Finally upright I realized that part of the costume had to go. With part of the costume removed I drove us to the party. We stopped blocks from the party so I could re suit myself. I then road the last two blocks sitting on the luggage rack on the trunk of the car. We were the class of the party in our outfits. Then the second problem with my outfit became apparrent. After several cocktails nature was calling. Then it hit me I would need help with this, where was my princess! Try walking around a party holding it in walking knockneed in a suit of armor while you look for your girlfriend just so you can get out of this thing. Thankfully I found her in the nick of time and we made a hasty retreat to the restroom. After relieving myself I made her promise to me that there would never again be a suit of armour in my future.

Re: Your Most Embarrasing Moment

You might think my moment in the embarrassment hall of shame may stink! Well, it did! We moved into our new house above the lake in 2003 and i wanted to make sure it looked beautiful from down below as we live on a hillside, i proceeded to weedeat the lawn since we were expecting family members to arrive to enjoy a bbq. I was 5 minutes away from finishing when i noticed my brother and his family coming up the drive, i looked up but didn't let off the throttle of the weedeater. All of a sudden i heard this whap whap sound and felt a wet unknown substance splatter me from head to toe! Yes it was deer or dog poo and i smelled like S**t! Of course my brother and his family walked over to me and got a whiff and every last one of them laughed so hard they cried! Never looked up while weedeating since!LOL

Re: Your Most Embarrasing Moment

not telling the frist not on here anyways.

My second most embarrassing moment of all time.

I was working as a security guard on Pacific Ave in Santa Cruz, (no where near there now)
we were contracted by the PD to foot patrol the area and our radios were programed with the PD frequencies. we would monitor the primary unless it was an emergency then we could use it.

To report then minor stuff like dunks that refused to leave we used the secondary, well i was on foot patrol pouring rain and the mic on my radio shorted and opened, really no biggie it happens, but my new g/f was walking next to me and telling me what she was going to do to me when we got home. Remember those tee shirts that said "Dail 911 Make a Cop C*M" well as we are passing the store that has this shirt in the window, she leans over to my ear inches away from the shoulder mic, and says look at that one "Dial 911 and Make a Cop C*M" that what i am doing to you when we get home.

Right them a PD crusier stops hard in the street next to me and yells to m e to check my radio, as he yells this i hear his voice though HIS radio in his car and then it hits me...i am like how long has it been open he says a while now, radio off at this point, and he says yeah we all heard it Dial 911 make a cop c*m.

i was getting flak for weeks after that. by everyone that wore a badge. Even my uncle that was deputy chief at the time, he could not stop laughing when i went to visit him couple days later. and he had to share it with his sister my mom.

This is one of my more embarrassing moments of my youth.

I was 18 years old and just out of high school. My brother and I were working on our cars (he was installing his now famous “beer meister” into his car – I’ll save that story for another time – and I was replacing the clutch, pressure plate, and throw-out bearing in mine). Anyway, I had finished up my work so we took my ride to the parts store so my bro could grab some… well… parts of course. He went inside and I stayed in the car listening to some tunes.

While waiting outside another car pulled up next to mine. This older gentlemen got out and left what I can only assume was a daughter or two and their friends in the car as he also went in to get… well… I guess some car parts as well. They were all gorgeous young gals… about my age… and I couldn’t keep myself from looking in their direction.

One of them noticed me looking and pointed in my direction, gaining the attention of her friends, and the other girls stared my way, smiling, giggling, and talking amongst one another as young girls do in such a situation. Now not to toot my own horn but I was just out of high school and in great shape. I was an all-state linebacker my senior year, pretty solid, and, as one friend would later put it, “Fred, it’s not like you’re butt-ugly!” LMAO. In other words I didn’t have too much trouble attracting the opposite sex. Well I’m flattered at the attention the gals are giving me and start to flirt back… smiling, winking, mouthing certain phrases to them (their windows were up so couldn’t really communicate). Before I know it they are absolutely beside themselves laughing their arsts off… uncontrollably.

It’s about this time that the older gent comes out, they leave, a couple of the gals waving goodbye to me as the others are still laughing out loud. I’m sitting in my car thinking, “Yeah, Fred… you still got it, buddy…” when my brother returns. I start to proudly tell him of the beauties and the flirting that went on and he starts to laugh his arst off… and I’m like, “What the hell is so funny, bro? You are laughing just as hard as they were?” He goes, “Look in the mirror, Fred!”

I look in the mirror and there is a HUGE patch of black grease covering the end of my nose and my chin (see photo re-enactment).

I tell my bro to shut his trap and quit laughing as I shrink down into my seat and burn some rubber leaving that freaking parts store as fast as possible.

LMAO…
