If you have 2 inputs on the switch and 1 out then it probably is an sw21 switch and it will say sw21 switch on the switch

sweetpete...it's diseq switch...it says on it :c) and posted pic of my switch in the posts above...so how do i directly connect my dish to the reciever and by pass the switch...all help is appreciated.

hi cmor, you said a multi switch is needed for two reciever in one dish. What switch would that be?

frog11...thanks for the hint...i have tried to use it...my signal strenght goes up...but quality stays low...any ideas on what is the best setting? thanks in advance.

You cant run a dishpro LNB thru a diseq switch. The dishpro has its on diseq built in and the signal that controls it wont pass thru a diseq switch. You need a SW21 switch and all the settings I posted are tried and true.

i found a solution for my weak signal problems on my 800s. Turn to a channel that says weak signal and press info to see what transponder the channel is using, go to the installation screen and delete that transponder. Then run a autoscan and the channels will use new transponders. It worked for me , it might work on the 700.

make sure you have auto tp option off , it switches to some tps that have no signal
